ABOUT CLOUD HEALTH DYNAMICS

Who we are.

As the owner and operator of Cloud Health Dynamics Sean works professionally as a web-based nutritional and training consultant for clients with very diverse goals. Sean graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from the Creighton University Exercise Science program. He holds the Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification from the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). He has also earned the prestigious Certified Sports Nutritionist (CISSN) designation from the International Society of Sports Nutrition. Having worked online with clients all over the world since 2007, his experience in the field of high-level performance nutrition is nearly unparalleled. He is a contributing feature writer for the INBF/WNBF publications with deep ties to those organizations. He is a former competitor himself, is a long-time promoter of INBF/WNBF natural bodybuilding shows and is an active INBF/WNBF judge. He has worked with hundreds of athletes over the years, ranging from WNBF World Champions to WNBF pro card winners to first time amateur competitors in every major organization.

Sean was made the Assistance Chairman of the World Natural Bodybuilding Federation (WNBF) in 2012 and served that role until WNBF was sold in 2014. Cloud Health Dynamics was the official Nutritional and Training Consultant for the WNBF.

Personally, Sean is married to the love of his life, Jessa McCauley. They have 3 beautiful children. Neila, Truitt and Larkin. If he is not working, he is likely in the outdoors somewhere in the US with Jessa, Neila and their two dogs, Macy and Bauer.

What we do.

Cloud Health Dynamics was founded for only one purpose: To deliver proven and interactive human performance consulting to any client, anytime, anywhere. This means we work in the realm of nutritional consulting as well as that of exercise consulting. While the actual programming that each client gets is 100% tailored to their individual needs, the flow of the consulting process is the same to ensure that each and every clients get the utmost attention.

To start, we gather information on you, your history and your goals. Your initial programming is then generated and emailed to you. Most companies would end there. Cloud Health Dynamics starts here. At this point, you are talking to us each and every day. Multiple times per day if needed. We literally walk you through the whole process, day by day. Nobody else does that. And because web-based consulting is all we do for a living, our response time is very, very fast.

As we work our way through the process together, changes are being made to the nutrition and the training to make sure you are on pace to achieve your goal. So there is a constant “fine-tuning” going on along the way. This helps you to learn more about the process and how your body actually responds as well. That is the knowledge you will need as you carry on into the future.

As a company we have two goals: 1) Get you to your goal and get you in the best shape of your life. 2) Give you the knowledge and experience you need to then maintain that level of fitness as long as you want. That is everybody’s eventual goal. And nobody does it better than Cloud Health Dynamics.

IN MEMORIAM

Specialist Ryan M. McCauley2nd Battalion, 5th Cavalry Regiment, 1st Cavalry Division,
Fort Hood, Texas
Killed in Action: Sept 5, 2004

Ryan was shot and killed during an intense firefight in Sadr City, Iraq during a patrol. He and his squad came under small arms fire. They dismounted the Bradley fighting vehicles they were riding in, took control of the adjacent rooftops and began engaging the enemy. During that fight, the man next to my cousin was shot in the shoulder and went down. My cousin turned to help keep that mans' field of fire clear. As he was engaging enemy from that side, he was struck by a round from a terrorist in his own field of fire that was no longer clear. He died in a field hospital shortly after being shot. He was posthumously promoted in rank from Private First Class to Specialist and he was awarded the Bronze Star.

We all miss him dearly. But I for one could not be more proud of who he was, who he still is to many and what he sacrificed in the name of freedom for our great country and for those in Iraq who could not defend themselves. I'll always look up to my younger cousin. And I'll never forget.
