Everything I do with clients is predicated on their goals and it is all very much custom consulting work. That means this is literally a day-to-day day communication process where I am not only setting up an initial program for you but then constantly monitoring, adjusting and fine-tuning as I move you forward. That means we are emailing each other every single day throughout our time together.

So you will find there is unlimited support each and every step of the way. The goal is to keep you very engaged in the process not just for your desire to achieve that goal, but also so that I can help you with education you will need to know moving forward past that goal. And when you combine the high level of interaction with me along with the educational component, it leads to your best-possible result.

Once you get your initial program you start following those directions and emailing me daily with food charts (which I provide) and with qualitative feedback and questions, as well. During this time, you are eating the foods you want to eat, when you want to eat them. So I am not giving you actual meal plans, rather, I am monitoring and controlling how much food you eat in terms of protein, carbs, and fats. This ensures you get to eat the foods you like to eat and it makes the notion of a "diet" a lot more enjoyable along the way. The best part is that it’s actually more effective to do that, as well.

Some people have requested meal plans, however. And for those people, I will gladly do that. My goal is always to give people as much freedom as possible but, at the same time, I want to shape this program into whatever it has to be to make you 100% effective. So I'll help in any way I can. 

In addition to the daily food charts, I have you send me a summary chart once per week. This is a great tool because it essentially compiles all the data we get along the way and you start to see weight loss trends and learn more about your body. Together we use that as one of our main tools to assess your overall progress. I also use progress pictures as need be as another means of assessment. And with that we work together day-by-day, all the way to the goal.

Needless to say it’s a fun process!
